What we collect
When you sign in, we receive your authenticated email address and may receive your display name. We store enrollment status, module completion, assessment scores, certificate records, and Stripe payment identifiers. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use information
We use this information to provide course access, save progress, issue and verify certificates, prevent fraud, support purchases, and operate the service.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives the information necessary to complete the transaction under its own privacy terms.
Public certificate records
A certificate verification page displays the graduate name, course, score, issue date, and certificate ID. It does not display the graduate's email address.
Retention and deletion
Course and certificate records are retained to preserve access and certificate verification. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email realoraicourse@yahoo.com from the email address associated with your account. Some payment, fraud-prevention, and transaction records may be retained when required by law or legitimate business needs.
Security
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can promise absolute security. Never submit sensitive media to this course.
