Course purpose
Real or AI? provides general media-literacy education. It is not forensic, legal, financial, law-enforcement, or professional certification advice.
Account and access
Course access is personal to the purchasing account. You may not share access, copy or redistribute course materials, publish assessment answers, or misrepresent the completion certificate as a government license or regulated credential.
Payment and refunds
Course access is sold as a one-time purchase at the price displayed during checkout. Purchases are subject to the Refund Policy, including its three-day request window and completion limits.
Certificate standard
A score of at least 80% is required. Retakes are allowed. Certificates record course completion only and may be revoked for fraud, chargeback abuse, or deliberate misuse.
Acceptable use
Do not use the course to harass, accuse, identify, or target people based only on suspected AI media. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access another learner's records.
Availability and updates
Course content and tools may change as technology evolves. Reasonable updates may be made without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
